This is an excellent application. I can turn my phone on airplane mode and translate entire texts without Internet and with excellent grammar. This is the French/English offline translator. It does say that if you scroll down far enough before you purchase. I believe it is offered in other languages but this particular one is Fench/English. Highly recommend it! It is worth the money.

Finally a translator that can be used offline! Good job: the interface is simple but efficient and it is easy and funny to change translation direction and see how the text translates back in source language... To keep in the pocket for your trip in Paris...

Some bad moments

There is only English to French translation at the moment. :( I bought it because I wanted offline translation for Italian and Spanish as well for my trip next month. The intro is misleading. Please update it soon!

Program has stopped working completely. Zero stars! Apples review program will not let me post without giving at least one star. Shame on Apple.

This app has not been updated for 5 years now. As a result, it does not run properly on iPhone 5 or 6. Its too bad, because when it worked, it was almost as good as Google Translate, but without any Internet connection.
